Banned because the Melkor/Sauron relationship is in Lord of the Rings also!

^banned because Melkor isn't even mentioned in LotR. Well, prehaps he's mentioned, in one of the old stories that get told, but not much more than that.

Banned because shut up. Nazzer, banned for being inaccurate! Melkor was mentioned, he was; it was Melkor who stole the Silmarils from Feanor, and then when Melkor got thrown into the pit he gave them to Sauron to keep safe. Sauron broke open the Silmarils to create the one ring, minion!

AFK would be Melkor, El Nazgir Sauron, Randomtime Saruman, and Yallow Melian, and I think we all know why.

Banned for not reading the Silmarillion, which would tell you who she is, and my sad metaphor.

Melian is a Maia like Sauron, the wife of Thingol and mother of Luthien Tinuviel, who was the great-grandmother of Elrond through her son Dior (who was the father of Elwing, who was mother of Elrond). She was friendly with Galadriel, and protected her country with her girdle (not the one you're thinking of, but I believe in the spirit of imagination, so think all you want) when Melkor beseiged the Noldor lands. Melkor and Sauron long despised her above all the creatures in Middle-Earth because she was virtuous and powerful, and most effective at keeping her at bay. When Luthien and Beren were killed by Melkor and Sauron, Melian left her land because she felt alienated from the rest of the people, and never returned to Arda.
